A traffic accident involving a vehicle insured by an insurance company in bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings.

In the event of a collision with a motor vehicle in which you incur damage for which an insurance company based in the Republic of Croatia is responsible and in respect of which bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings have been opened, and you are resident of Republic of Croatia, you can submit your claim for compensation to the Croatian Insurance Bureau.
