Dear Sir/Madam,
pursuant to Article 30, Paragraph 3 of the Law on Compulsory Insurance in Traffic, you are not entitled to compensation for damage, since the conditions for compensation for property damage to a vehicle due to the responsibility of an unknown vehicle are not met.
Namely, the aforementioned provision stipulates that the injured party has the right to claim the compensation for the destruction or damage of property if the Croatian Insurance Bureau compensated one of the participants in this traffic accident for death or serious physical injuries that required hospital treatment.
