This is the third webinar from the IFRS 17 cycle of five webinars covering all important areas of the new Standard for insurance contracts.

This webinar focuses on specific issues arising from application of the IFRS 17 for non-life insurance and reinsurance. It focuses on identification of the unit of account (contract vs. components of the contract), level of aggregation (portfolio, cohort, expected profitability) selection of the measurement model (PAA vs. GMA for LRC) and approahces to estimation of the cash flows to be included in the measurement (both LRC and LIC).

Theoretical requirements will be illustrated via simple examples in order to demonstrate practical applications.
